Return/Exchange Policy

 

Exchange Policy:

Ordered the wrong color? No worries, we can help! To exchange for a different color your item must be postmarked for return within 7 days of delivery of your order.

Items must be unused, and in original packaging.

All returns will be inspected and can be denied if they do not meet our return requirements. 

After inspection, we will notify you of approval and exchange for the new color. 

 Your item may be denied for exchange if: 

 The packaging has been tampered with or if the hair has been worn or damaged

Out of Stock Items:

If you purchase an item that is out of stock, we will order the hair for you and then ship once we have received it. This makes all items ready to shop for your convenience.

 Additional information: 

After hair has been taken out of the package, installed, colored or heat applied.  All sales are final.  Refer to Care and Maintenance section to ensure proper care of the hair to ensure quality.  We have quality tested time and time again to ensure the quality is there.  How your hair is installed, the products you have used and the tools you're putting on your hair can have an effect on the hair.

Please allow 7-10 business days for your items to ship. 24"-26" can take 6-8 weeks for shipment as they are a special order item. 

Deposits are nonrefundable.
